Prof. Nikolay Dimitrov Dimitrov, MD, PhD
Nikolay Dimitrov, MD, PhD, is Professor and Head of the Department of Anatomy at the Faculty of Medicine of Trakia University. He teaches Anatomy, Cytology, Histology, Embryology and Eastern Medicine. His research focuses on macroscopic and microscopic anatomy, experimental morphology, histochemical and immunohistochemical techniques, the central nervous system, ageing and the anatomical mechanisms associated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.
