Prof. Rozalina Yordanova, MD, PhD

Trakia University

Rozalina Yordanova, MD, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Microbiology at the Faculty of Medicine of Trakia University and a specialist in Clinical Microbiology. She teaches Medical and Clinical Microbiology to Bulgarian and international students and heads a clinical microbiology laboratory. Her research focuses on antimicrobial resistance, bacterial virulence, quorum sensing, hospital-acquired infections and the optimisation of microbiological diagnostics, infection control and antimicrobial stewardship.
